| I recently have begun newspaper advertising and am currently offering referral rewards program, past customers who refer me to new potential customers, will receive referral points, which will convert towards discount on future remodels, or gas / homedepot giftcards, all are based on referral signed contracts, the rewards come from the labor % of the job quoted, typical, 25 to 100 dollars in points or cards. | We are adding new "advisory services" which are services typically considered to be delivered from others outside of the industry expectations. Specifically, we look to become involved during the pre-development as well as the post-occupany phases of a project. Thses services vary depending whether we are working with a developer or a private owner; they also vary depending whether the investment is considered to be a short or long term hold.
