| Surprisingly for the better. Our committment to going completely green in 2005 has begun to pay off with growing brand awareness for our company. Plus, we (owners and employees) feel really good about the work we do. As a result of the awful housing market, we've moved away from spec building and more toward custom homes and renovation work, where the mortgage market doesn't appear to be as relevant. I think we'll continue to grow both of these arms of the business and with growing revenues look at being an early mover back into the spec market before land costs begin their climb back up in 2010.
