I am hoping this will attract someone's attention at Spec Pan regarding $75 owed to me. I've called and emailed with no response. There are seven surveys I've done since May that I have not been paid for yet.
Could someone please acknowledge where payments are?

| ive had the same trouble every time ive cashed out. call them and say your gonna file a bbb complaint.i did that and got an immediate response. i will check this again so let me know what happpens.

I have the same problem with two checks pending for a total of $ 45.00. Their e-mails get returned as "undeliverable" and nobody responds to the voice messages. Chris, who is the guy in charge usually responded to my inquiries with in a couple of days. I wonder what happened to Specspan?

| It takes time however they do come through. I have received my checks as well as my confirmation of charitable donations.

I never had a problem receiving a Specpan payment either.

Has anyone had any success recently with payments. This will be the third check I have not received.
Wondering how to contact them to even inquire about wrong address associated with account.

| I have emailed them 3 times this month with no repsonse over non-payments. This is a complete scam way to run a business.

| I've been a member of Specpan for years and until this year have never had a problem receiving payments. I have redeemed two rewards checks since Jan. 2011 and am currently waiting for feedback on both of them. Like most of you, I have also emailed and left voice messages, but have yet to get a response. Does anyone know what the issue seems to be? Have any of you had your checks delivered since your post?

| I have not recieved a check in over two years from these people. I sent an e-mail asking for an accounting of payments made to me and I did not recieve a response. After requesting another check to be sent for my current balance I recieved nothing. I will not participate in any more surveys until this is resolved. I am also lodging a complaint with my local AG's office.
