I'm a casualty too. Been waiting since December 24, 2010 for a $42 check and now my account is up to $54. I have to wonder if I'll ever see that.
I save a screen shot of all requested checks. Maybe we should start a class-action suit against this company. I'm sure they owe out thousands of dollars!!

I know for sure one of their clients is Home Depot.  I doubt Home Depot would approve of this.  I'm going to request my check now, even though it is for a small amount, just to see what happens.

The thing I find most frustrating is that all these complaints and not one response from Specpan. You would think they would come on and post at least a response even if it's a lie.

I don't bother emailing their sorry asses anymore. A waste of time. If I don't have my $$ within 8 weeks of my cashout, I just report them.

i had alot of issues getting checks from them and still do.it seems chris only answers you when you threaten to go to the bbb.he now owes me for 3 checks.i filed again last week with the bbb.you can also file a complaint with the attorney generals office for consumer affairs in the companys state.this seems to get his attention.

I have experienced the same problem. My two out of three surveys are now past 10 weeks since the date of being officially redeemed. If this situation continues, I will have to report SpecSpan for breach of contract. Go and figure. Chris used to be such a stand up and deliver guy.

Well, what do you know? I just got my check in the mail. Thanks Chris.
