| I cashed out on 3/31/10 for $32.00 and never recieved payment. Emailed them 3 times with no responce, I hate this ***ing company. They get paid but won't pay there panilist

THank you for your information to access the BBB. I too am waiting for my paycheck and when I asked why my account showed I was paid my $27.00 and I was still waiting for the check, my account was demolished off the board.
THank Heaven I made copies of all I did and what I was supposed to be paid for. I advise you all to do the same. Copy your "my surveys" graph for your protection. I am not happy when BS like this happens to me

Looks like I'm in the right place. I'm waiting on payment as well and just finished another survey tonight. I've left messages to no avail.
Is there even a SpecPan mod monitoring this forum?
Looks like I'll have to contact my friends at SurveyPolice. They've done me well over time.

edit: Survey Police not taking complaints and according to BBB, this company has an A rating with NO complaints? So, it's just this handful of people here not getting paid?

VERY disappointing. Chris reports that my check was returned three weeks ago though I've has the same address for 15 years. Meanwhile, they have not resent the check, apparently, and meanwhile, Specpan hasn't fulfilled their part of the agreement.
Why is that?

| I too am having the same problem with them. Have you gotten any response from them? I have sent two (2) e-mails in regards to this issue and no response as of yet. Very dissapointing!!! Please let me know what (if any) you have done to resolve your issues with them. Thanx! John A. Stacey

My recent check requests have finally been received. Breakdown as follows:
Request on 11/17/2010 and received 1/25/2011
Request on 12/21/2010 and received 2/6/2011
Although on the redemption page it states 2-4 weeks, that is NOT correct apparently.

| Specpan no longer responds to email. I have filled out surveys for years, but this last year has been atrocious. I no longer trust the service, and am letting everyone know.
