I find the main reason these people leave is beause theya re not earning. I only pay commission, if they are not earning I am not earning and there is no other money to pay them.  Nor should they be paid since they aren't selling.   I also find the only people who can earn instant revenues through sales are the hard pressure closers, which also give my company a bad reputation.  

Any advice?
